Shih Fong provides investment casting, located at Taiping Dist. Taichung City, was established in 1991.
We manufacture all kinds of casting, including mechanical parts, valve, servomotor body, with great flexibility of no material limit and no MOQ required.

We combined professional technique and skills accumulated in metal/non-metal investment casting, plus expanded in related manufacturing as well as CNC machining equipment to provide our clients the satisfaction of “one order for all” services.
 
Company History
2025 – Relocated and expanded our factory in Jiangsu, China.
2024 – Renovated the factory in Taiping, Taichung.
2022 – Established a new factory in Nantou, Taiwan with 5,000 square meters.
2022 – Installed additional automatic wax injection machines.
2019 – Expanded our factory in Taizhou, China by 3,300 square meters.
2018 – Expanded our factory in Vietnam by 18,000 square meters.
2017 – Introduced 17 additional machining machines and 3 automated robotic arms.
2016 – Collaborated with Chin-Yi University to implement 5S management system.
2014 – April: ISO9001:2008 was introduced.
2014 – June: Acquired certification of AFNOR ISO9001:2008.
2014 – Purchased 1,983 m² to combine with the original site, expanding the land area to a total of 3,306 m². The factory has a built-up area of 3,068 m².
2013 – CNC series machines were introduced; Material Analyzer of Bruker installed.
2007 – Started development of servo gears casting.
2005 – Chang Yi restructured to 'Shih Fong Precision Casting Co., Ltd.'
1991 – 'Chang Yi Industrial Co., Ltd.' was established.
